A BOURNEMOUTH man has denied sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl as she walked along a street in Winton.
Noureddine Sed, 38, is alleged to have grabbed and kissed the girl in Wimborne Road, close to East Avenue, on the afternoon of September 25. An Algerian legally resident in Britain due to his marriage to an EU national, Sed denied the charge through an interpreter at Bournemouth Crown Court.
The alleged victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was walking back from school at the time of the incident.
She was not injured.
Sed, of Stirling Road, was released on bail.
He is due at Dorchester Crown Court for trial on April 7 next year.
